Once the reservation is made, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email. It is important that you read through it immediately sontact us if you find any errors. You then sign the confirmation and send it back to us.
To confirm the booking, you have to pay 2 000 SEK whithin on week. This fee is not refundable if the client books of. The payment is made to BG 766-9807. Mark you payment with your name.
The remaining part of the rent and the deposit fee must be received by us no later than 14 days before arrival. If the cancellation is less than 14 days from the day of arrival, the full price will be charged. The rules also apply to restaurant services.
Check-in is between 15.00 and 16.00. You collect the key at the reception at Åkagårdens Golf Club.
Check-out is no later than 10.00 on the day of departure.
The depositfee is refundable deposit as security for any damage to the residence and refundable up to 1 week after departure. The fee is 3 000 SEK.
You must be 25 years or older to book the lodge.
