When the booking is made, a booking confirmation will be sent to you via email. It is important that you read it through and contact us immediately if you find any inaccuracies. You then sign the confirmation and send it back to us.

For bookings made 30 days or more before arrival, we charge a booking fee of SEK 2000 which is paid at the time of the booking. This fee is not refunded if the booking is customer cancels. You find the payment info on the booking confirmation. Label the payment with your name. 

The remaining amount of the total price must be at our disposal no later than 30 days before arrival.

If the cancellation takes place on the 30th – 0 days from the day of arrival, the full price will be charged.

The house is finished at 15.00 on the day of arrival.

The keys (2 pcs) are picked up at the reception at Åkagården GK between 15.00 and 16.00.

The keys to the house are handed over no later than 10.00 on the day of departure.

The depositfee is refundable deposit as security for any damage to the residence and refundable up to 1 week after departure. The fee is 3 000 SEK.

Pets is not allowed
